4. Orders, Payments & Fulfillment
- The shop runs on WooCommerce and is fulfilled by Printful (print-on-demand).

- Prices may change without notice. Orders may be refused, cancelled, or refunded if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or suspected of fraud.
- Shipping and delivery estimates are provided by carriers/Printful and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays).
5. Returns & Refunds
Our policy for returns and replacements is described in the Refund & Returns Policy. In general, print-on-demand items are replaced if defective/damaged or misprinted; buyer’s-remorse returns (wrong size/color) are not supported. Do not return items without written instructions from us.
6. Brokerage & Media Content
- PlanePost provides aviation news, educational content, and aircraft-brokerage listings for informational and transactional purposes.
- We do not guarantee that any aircraft listed will remain available or that any contemplated transaction will be completed.
- Content is provided “as is” and may not always reflect the most current developments.
7. Live Chat & Communications
If you use our live chat (MXchat) or contact forms, you agree to communicate respectfully. We may retain transcripts for support and quality purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on PlanePost—including text, images, graphics, branding, and design—is owned by PlanePost or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
