Overview
Most PlanePost products are made on demand and fulfilled by our partner Printful. Because items are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for buyerโs remorse (e.g., wrong size/color or change of mind).
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective.
Claim window
Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost-in-transit packages).
What qualifies for a return/replacement
Weโll arrange a free replacement or a suitable remedy if:
- The item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective (manufacturing/printing error).
- The package is lost in transit (after carrier investigation/verification).
Do not send any item back until you receive written instructions (RMA). Unauthorised returns to the manufacturer or fulfillment facility may be refused.
Non-returnable items
Because products are printed on demand, the following are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Buyerโs-remorse cases (wrong size, color, or change of mind)
- Personalized/custom items, unless defective
- Digital goods and gift cards (except where required by law)
Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
How to start a claim
Email info@planepost.com within 30 days and include:
- Order number
- Photos that clearly show the issue (and the outer package if damaged)
- Brief description of the problem
Weโll verify with Printful and provide next steps, including the correct return address if a return is required. Please do not ship items back without our instructions.
Refunds
If a replacement cannot be provided (or is not appropriate), an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank/card statement again.
- Contact your card issuerโposting times can vary.
- Contact your bankโthereโs often processing time before a refund posts.
If youโve done all of the above and still donโt see the refund, email info@planepost.com.
Sale items
Unless required by law, sale/discounted items are not eligible for refunds, except where defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item due to a verified defect, email info@planepost.com with your order number and photos. Weโll send instructions if a return is necessary.
Shipping, addresses & unclaimed parcels
- Incorrect or incomplete address: If an order is returned due to an address error at checkout, re-shipping fees are the customerโs responsibility.
- Unclaimed parcels: If a package is returned as unclaimed, re-shipping fees may apply.
- Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier disruptions).
- Lost packages: Weโll coordinate with Printful and the carrier; replacements are issued when loss is confirmed.
If a return is authorised, weโll provide the correct return address and instructions. For your protection, use a trackable shipping service for any approved returns. We canโt guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking or without prior authorisation.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law (including any mandatory rights to repair, replacement, refund, or withdrawal where applicable).
